• Provide a list of incoming and outgoing managers to the website privileges manager. New managers will need to be promoted from “Player” to “Manager”.

After registration closes

A spreadsheet that has two important tabs:

1. a list of teams and managers for the new season
2. the draft order that teams will pick in
   • [for supplemental drafts] a 2-column draft order worksheet (pick, team)
   • [for a complete redraft] a draft-order matrix worksheet (round, pick, team, manager)
3. Disable the “Register Now” page.
4. Enable the “Register Late” page.

Steps to take

• [Web services director] Use “SUPER USER > Upload Teams” to load a new version of each team in ness_team (for fall seasons, there will be fewer teams)
• (for supplemental drafts only) [Software support] Assign returning players to new version of the same team (or to the draft if their team collapsed for the fall)  using assignment/propose-returning-assignments.php
• [Web services director] Use “SUPER USER > Upload Draft Order” to load the draft order list into ness_drafts
