The Director Player Personnel, in conjunction with support and recommendations from Team Managers, shall be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and recording the skill/ability evaluation of each league player prior to the Player Draft approximately early April and August. This position shall be responsible for organizing and conducting the Player Draft in a manner consistent and agreeable to the majority of all Team Managers and approved by the Board.
In addition, the Director will interview players, prepare player profiles and conduct periodic player survey questionnaires to give all players an opportunity to express their personal likes, dislikes and suggested changes concerning league operations.
