Meeting Minutes
The file structure for the NSS Board Meetings page setup is a little confusing. Here is how to prepare the directory structure for a new year:
- Every January, use the iPage FileManager to create a folder under /ness/minutes for the previous year.
- Move all the meeting minutes from the previous year to that directory.
- DON’T create a folder for the current year, it will botch things up.
That will leave the top level /ness/minutes/ directory empty of all meeting minute PDFs until the Jan minutes are posted.
When PDFs are loaded for the current year to /ness/minutes/, they will be visible when the page first loads without clicking anything on that page.

Three things get renewed automatically (if PayPal credentials are in place) every year:
