The League Secretary shall be responsible for recording and maintaining proceedings of all board meetings. All information must be current and maintained in a database that is easily accessible by the board members at any time.
Uploading Meeting Minutes
The initial upload of meeting minutes should be done directly on the NSS website. Navigate on the banner to Info -> NSS Board Meetings. The screen should look like this:
Click on the to activate the upload section under the list of meeting minutes:
Click on “Browse” to select the file to upload. Please remember that the document must be a PDF file and the name in the “NSS-mmm-dd-yyyy.pdf” format.
In this field: enter the password (secret4!NSS). The password is case specific. Click on “Upload” and the file should appear in the window after the screen refreshes.
Uploading Adjusted Meeting Minutes
If the meeting minutes have changed since the initial posting, they can be reuploaded by using the same process as above. The existing file will be overwritten by the new version.
