The Director of Scheduling is responsible for presenting the dates of league events to the Board, and publishing a schedule of those events on the league website after the board approves them.
Once the number of teams is known for each season, the Director creates the season game schedule for board approval and when approved, uploads the schedule to the website. The Director provides appropriate versions of the game schedule to the Director of Field Operations so the schedule can be displayed at the fields.
