The league Commissioner shall be the chief executive officer of the league and, subject to the control of the officers/directors, shall have general charge and supervision of the affairs of the league. The commissioner’s primary responsibilities and focus shall involve overseeing the administrative functions of the league, including organization; long-range planning; equipment purchasing; budget and financial matters; web site contents; and publicity, marketing, corporate sponsorships and advertising efforts; with all field operation responsibilities delegated to the Associate Commissioner. The Commissioner shall preside at all meetings of the officers/directors.
